2. Accounts

MarzPass is used by schools, education companies, parents, and students:

• School and company staff, and parents, must be at least 18 years old
• Student cards are issued through a school. Students use the card under parent and school control
• Keep PINs, card numbers, and login details private
• Parents and schools are responsible for activity on cards they manage

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Create fraudulent accounts or misrepresent your organisation
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Harass or harm other users

4. Financial Terms

Users understand and agree that:

• All transactions are subject to verification
• Fees may apply to certain services
• Users are responsible for applicable taxes

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
